Sport is one of the largest industries in the world, employing people in finance, marketing, operations, construction, social impact and project management. Yet most young people who love sport never see those careers. They assume the only way in is to play.

We started Sport Systems Education to change that. By turning real industry challenges into hands-on, curriculum-linked workshops, we give secondary school and college students a genuine insight into how the sports business works and where they might fit within it.

What we believe

Careers education works best when it is concrete. Students engage when they are making real decisions, like setting a budget, planning a stadium or running a club, rather than reading a job description. Our sessions are built around that principle, and shaped with the schools and colleges we work with so they support the programmes already in place.
